Refund policy

We want you to love your Clarova products. Since we're a small, ondemand business, here's how we handle returns:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at support@clarova.net with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

Change of mind
Since our products are personal care items, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind once an item has shipped, for hygiene reasons. If you have concerns before your order ships, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
