Processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $25. Orders under $25 will see shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it, as it can take a little time to register with the carrier.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Clarova is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be charged by your country once your package arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure whether your order may incur additional charges.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at support@clarova.net and we'll help track it down. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@clarova.net and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
